Will the mat have an odor when first opened?

A light scent may be present when the mat is first unpacked because of the materials and packaging. Lay it flat in a well-ventilated area and allow it to air out naturally.

Is the mat waterproof?

The playing surface is waterproof. Wipe away spills with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Do not soak or wash the mat.

What comes with the mat?

Each mat includes one clear storage bag and one acrylic NFC keychain. The keychain opens the digital guide with a compatible phone.

How should I store it?

Roll it with the printed side facing outward, place it in the storage bag, and keep it away from sharp edges and high heat.

How long will the mat last?

With normal indoor use and proper care, the mat is designed for repeated play. Its lifespan depends on frequency of use, storage, and handling.
